Any tailor around the northern beaches?

Im in Quinns and thinking about having a go off the beach up my way. Ant tips which beach where to go? best time? eiher morning or evening? cheers

Worth a go
The last week a few different fishers were catching tailor on lures off the beach at Swanbourne and northwards. Spoke to some on different days and each angler was getting one or two. I've come across small schools out in the boat also, so they seem fairly widespread inshore at the moment.
