customer service

these days every one complains about poor custom service, occasionally you get good, hell no great custom service and nobody says anything well I have been getting my gear from complete angler in rockingham for a couple of months now and have found them great,they are prepared to stop and talk to you for 15 minutes and give you advice even if you don't buy something a certain tackle shop down the road from complete angler could learn a lot from them about customer service

 The boys from Oceanside are always getting a good mention on here. It's what i've been on about before, good service gets mileage. You've only got to go somewhere like Melbourne and eat out then compare it to here, you just don't forget the good and bad experiences. The tackle shops are doing the right thing by working on personal service as this is something you can't get over the net.  But I don't deny I do buy over the net it comes down to customer prerogative.

 I got great service from oceanside recently also from pilbara boats and bikes in headland i live in wickham and got my boat sorted by the boys up there when i got home the motor needed a little bit more adjustment on the new cables one of the lads drove straight down 200km and sorted it out cant complain about that omly a 5 min fix to .i will be using them again for sure.

Complete Angler in Rockingham have quite a few young blokes about 20 years old working for them , They are polite knowlegable and how is this even keen to do their job I worked in the north west for 35 years but recently retired these are the kids I would have employed if I was still working up there maybe there is hope for the future of Australia with these kids out there . The Complete Angler recruitment manager can pat themselves on the back job well done

 its a great place, with good people as is Oceanside,think some of the others should take note of how to look after their customers.

Phil, Mark, Nathan, Red, Debbie an Glen have been mates of mine for awhile now and its good to see the young guns doing a good job.

 The guys and girls at Complete Angler Rockingham were and are better than expected. I took my family (wife and 2 daughters) to what I thought would be my toy shop, how wrong could I be. Due to the service, patience, knowledge and politeness of the people in the store I can now say I am going to my toy shop and I can guarantee the whole family goes and all walk out with something in our hands. I can not praise the guys enough and I personally tell people about the service and politeness and have never been let down.

As a new angler the boys and girls at Complete have always looked after me whether it be a simple question or what has turned out to be great advice on gear. You are always welcomes with a Hello and they make you feel comfortable from the time you walk in the store.

The young staff are brilliant willing to impart advice and knowledge to all and with no sense of smugness that you get in other stores.

Is my first place off call for fishing gear.

 as far as customer service goes , it comes down to weather the person enjoys doing what they are doing or its just a "job" to them. unfortunatly these days there isnt enough people that realy enjoy their jobs. 

A small family owned bussiness instead of chain stores have a tendency to have the cusomer service side of things worked out. 

its always good to hear of this sort of thing so you know where to go in the future.
