Old Cut
Try on the inside of the Old Cut if fishing from the shore or if in a dinghy further in from the cut where water starts to get shallow.
Another spot that used to produce is about 100 metres east of where the end of the jetty/ rock groyne is/was. There used to be a big sand patch that held some big whiting
