Bionic Pink Braid

Hey fellow fishos , with the demersal bans in place I have had more time to get into tackle stores and have a looke at new set ups , jiggs etc. I seen this stuff called Bionic Pink Braid ,it is pretty pricey just wondering if its really good quality braid and if other people have heard of it and are using it. Any feedback would be great cheers.

Paulus has reviewed bionic so you can see it against the competition on that site. Seems to break a lot over its rated poundage, but then its a lot thicker than it ought to be at the rated poundage as well. I probably wouldn't buy it.

It's smooth, but it's way to bloody thick. It's pretty similar to finns prt except thicker imo (and that stuff is thick as).

I think Collin H loves it? I used to see him raving on about it lol.

Just get sunline super PE.

Just get sunline super PE. It's reasonably priced, easy to see, quite thin, casts well and is relativley hard wearing.

The only issue i've had is wind knots, but you get that with most thin braids. Overall it's pretty good though.

Bionic is one of the few

Bionic is one of the few braids with a bit of stretch in that so keep that in mind too.

I used to use it guiding!!

I found it to be excellent. It does have a coating on it that makes it a bit tacky. But after a couple of trips it comes off. I never had a problem with it and it never gave way for no reason, a problem I had with some other braids. I used the 30 and 50lb and although it is a bit thicker would reccommend it.
