Yep
but cleaning up afterwards would be interesting though
I'm unsure how the eletric motor would go with a water wshdown after munching through all those fish frames

try old fashioned mincer
old Chlorine tablet container with a wooly's fruit bag in it works for me.Oil,fish scraps. Chook pellets mixed up push into container with bag then screw lid on and freeze. Bag makes it easier to get out, run under warm water if sticking.

I went on the auctions and bought a commercial food processor, it has a huge pot and gnarly blades. Does a good job.

burley
No need to get to fancy. Stale bread with some oil, (fish or old cooking) in it and into a scaling bag hung over the side then just dice a of mullie over the side every now and then. It works for me nearly everytime.

meat grinder
I use a #32 hand wind meat grinder with a plate with 20mm holes in it. put frozen mulies, scalies and herring through it no worries.
Works a treat. great for freezing into blocks.

I have this one it goes through whatever you get down the neck no trouble has bone cutter etc for chicken wont give problems with fish bone. https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1-2HP-Commercial-Meat-Grinder-Electric-Mincer-Sausage-Filler-Maker-150-Kg-H-950W-/122690669763 Fast and easy to clean, we have several diferent types we tried making sausages on the farm, this is killer quick.
Best I find though is I cook up my frames till they break up add oil and aniseed and freeze in blocks to go in the burly pot. Will last way longer than frozen mince as the gelatine holds it together for longer just shake the pot every now and then to keep the flow going. Always pays to fish with a block of pichards cubing as you go down the trail as well.
For beach fishing I add pollard to the mix, a block lasts an hour or so in a bag rolling around in the waves. No good for the boat though it wont break up without the extra water movement.
