Best time to target species

Hi guys, this has been on my mind for a while. I would be interested in compiling a list of best times of the year to target different species.
Not asking for spots or the smart ass comments of 10 o'clock on may 10th for bream but more a general month/area to target a said species.
Like Salmon around end march to april etc.
So if anyone would like to add some general information that would be great.

This is purely from a boat, I find a lot depends on location and fishing pressure, I get demersals all year but I fish different locations and depths. Tailor, YTK, & herring I target in winter for fun on the reefs, sand whiting are plentiful close to the beach all year round as well as in the 20's and are great live bait that I use on wrecks. I have two consistent spots for slimy macks off Mindarie but they are best in summer and bigger, man they are the ultimate live bait on tricky days.
Squid out of Mindarie have been consistent all year round this last twelve months to two years.
My new tactic is trolling for snapper in winter off the beach and around solitary lumps, no big one's yet but have had two 50 - 60 models.
