Anyone in Jurien at the moment our boat is due to come in at 1-40 today. Head on down to the marina (on the pontoon Harbour drive) to see what the boys and girls got. If ur not up this way don't worry will post pics later.

The little fish the little tacker caught
was 51cm. He was chuffed! Yeah was an awesome day for dhues today. Pitty the weather is looking pretty ordinary up until Christmas now :(

lucky last cast
thanks again for a top day out boys. it was a great day and many fish were caught through the day on both bait and plastics. i was on plastics and found it hard in the morning but came home strong with a few good fish,
highlight of the day would be when one of the larger dhuies was bieng brought in it spat the hook at the surface so dave (the skipper) hurdled the side in a flash and swam out and grabbed it up. thats customer service!! been on a few charters in my time and im not sure many would have done it. was a fair swim away from the boat.
many more dhuies were caught through the day and all were released successfully including the sambo. (i think the blood on the sambos head is of the deck because it wasnt bleeding that bad. it was a clean hookup on plastic in the corner of the jaw)
would recommend lucky last cast to anyone! it was a great day and a great crew

Got told in the pub last night that there is currently 2 white pointers hanging around up here so the Mrs has now told me I am not allowed to dive into the water to catch a customers fish. All I say is I can now go add to my "toy" collection and get a spear gun!

Christmas brings out the beat in ppl and the worst in people.
Hope u all have a gr8 Christmas and stay safe on the roads and in the ocean. And remember to look out for one another and to keep watch of small kids around water. Better still even if u r just going to ur local jetty put a life jacket on the young ones. We do with our 2 year old. He hates it but hey if he falls off the jetty it has saved his life.
