Exmouth accommodation

Hi folks.

I will be travelling on my own from the uk to exmouth in May 2013 for 2 weeks of land based fishing. As I will be on my own I am trying to keep the cost of my accommodation down. I would prefer a room of my own to store all my kit in. So far it looks like the potshot resort is the best option, but it has some bad reviews about how noisy the rooms are because the bar is so close. Can anyone comment or give any other suggestions?

The rooms are well away from the bar and there shouldn't be any noise to bother you. Its near the centre of town and all the shops are in walking distance

only five mins out of town is aspen parks is pretty good its a five mins from the centre of town though! but its very quiet! it has backpacker accomodation or self contained units or large dongas!
