It's a wreck site. Snapper, sambos etc. I like squid and mulies. Paternoster should be fine. Personally I like a drift bait rig. 2x snelled 5/0 hooks and a bean sinker above that with a crimp so the line doesn't tangle.
...and sound around for drop-offs and broken ground...snapper, sambos, skippy and large KGs are the primary inhabitants but you do get the occasional dhuey/harly/blackass in the mix. A mulie or squid on a double-snell and little or no weight is the go whether you're anchored or drifting, or if you're like me, jigs and soft plastics!
Try to avoid fishing right on top of the bank...this will result in wrasse and snagged gear. Even the inside edge would be a better option...
Spot on with the advice. Fish the inside or outside edges avoid fishing over solid weed banks because you'll catch a lot of wrasse and pesky eels. Anchor and berley but have caught some good fish drifting as well. Find broken ground mixed with weed and sand patches :)

the wreck site in question
is the resting place of SS Orizaba, a screw steamer schooner of 6077 tons, length 140 meters,
Breadth 15 meters, that went down in 1905 in a 'thick haze'. No lives were lost. The site is protected
by the Historic Shipwrecks Act (1976), so no relics may be removed.
