All those crabs where eaten that day apart from the 4 I took. Which I have frozen, awaiting some of kasey's singapore chilli mix, hoping that they are just as good frozen as fresh.
As for greed...A member of our crew insisted a stop over on our way back from Exi as mud crabs are his most favourite seafood of all. His parents who as part of the grey nomad brigade also rate mud crab just as highly. The father has health concerns this year and as such cannot make the trip to satisfy his crab cravings.
We purposely stopped by and brought our legal bag limit of crabs home alive so a feast could be prepared for the said family as , to be brutaly honest and I pray not, it may be his last.
If thats greedy i will accept it. My conscious is clear.

Not getting into semantics on who, when and how many.You boys need to think a bit more before posting up potentially controversial pictures that are going to cause people to get upset. Its like baiting people for a reaction. Think about the grief it causes Adam every time someone posts up an image that others see as being unfair, greedy or illegal. Sometimes people need to grow up a bit and think about the consequences of their actions.Just my twobobs worth…. if I upset people ….sorry.....

Nice work there fellas, I hope yer mate and his old man enjoyed a good feed together, Mudcrabs are one fish population that has been subjected to a lot of study (for commercial purposes of course) so the limits set are educated ones.
Certainly won't bother posting up my successful, yet legal mudcrabbing forays. Harden up? yer Righto, but nobody likes getting shot down for their efforts.

salmo you have got a bite out of me, i reckon i thrown back more fish back than youve caught. if i want to keep a couple of days bag limit of crabs for my family then i will if it upsets you or any one else then bad luck. build a bridge get over it. i have done nothing illegal never have never will. any body else wants to send pms harashing noha dont bother them crabs where caught of my boat and the red emps, so send the pms to me or come round and see me at 5 doradeen close hillman or call me on 0412110428.

The bit that pisses me off is that some of you guys are so quick to judge, you don't ask questions just jump in there and kick the guys that are actually sharing some photos.
Within bag limits, no problems. If its against your own judgement to take that many, so be it, but go preach to the department because it's pointless doing it here, all you do is piss people off, me included.
