agreed. i prefer to cook my
agreed. i prefer to cook my fish with heads on anyway, especially the bigger ones, as i love the cheek meat, and they make cooking them a lot easier too. the guts all shrivel up inside then youy cut it open, take em out and you have a whole fish, no flesh wasted.

hey davy theres only 1 gar in the pic if you haven't noticed and if you dont know how to clean a fish without removing the head its pretty simple all you have to do is remove the gills

take a cut from the anal
take a cut from the anal hole up to the gills. then gut and gill them. you can take the gills out, attached to the guts. this means everything comes out at once and it makes less mess
