WTF Is this off Dawesville Cut?
Submitted by Jackfrost80 on Tue, 2017-07-11 20:11
Was checking some potential ground to checkout next time I'm down and came across this. They're about 20nm WSW of the mouth of the cut.
Dunno about the fishing but these banks look like they'd hold some monster, monster swell.
Has anyone been out there for a look?

Would hold some blue grouper for sure !

These are part of Sonar
These are part of Sonar charts, which looks like an error according to the community edits of the larger one.

Sonar Chart
Might be some bad info on SonarChart (doesn't show on navionics only SonarChart). Or an unsurveyed or spoil/dredge ground. would be nice if it was a good reef though.

Sonar Chart
I found that too. When you go the Navionics webapp, the countours only show up when you use Sonar Charts and the general area is labelled as a marine farm culture. Funnily enough when you zoom right in someone going by the name "brero" has made the comment - "Nothing there it's false".
