Have hit it probably 4-5 times in the last month. Both ASI and the Ammo Dump. Even with plenty of burley have seen no sign of herring, gardies, slimeys, scalies etc for over a month. The bottom is rampant with small tarwhine - that goes for both spots. I've been fishing on the NW though, so may produce during better conditions or during the early morning/evening. Did manage to get into a few small sand whiting off the small wooden jetty @ ASI (close to boat ramps, on RHS of groyne)....but had to burley up hard and that bought the blowies in too.
Have not seen anyone else catching either.
Not sure if those throwing bigger baits have had better luck.
