Gday all
I know there has been multiple threads on this topic and i have been reading through them for a while now.
Myself and a mate are just getting into whiting on lures and while its easy for me to get info because i can drop into oceanside or the likes while i am in perth my mate lives in Walpole and his closest major tackle shop is BCF in Albany.
Im chasing info on what whiting lures have been working for eveyone. Mainly poppers and stick baits.
Any info would be good.
Cheers Jayce

Yeah, go the scum dogs!
...they're relatively cheap and they work. Atomic K9's also excellent; surprisingly the bigger version (60mm I think) has been producing better for me than the 40mm ones.
It also pays to have some small softies on hand...I've found that if you hook and lose a whiting on a surface lure, that same fish won't hit it again but will smash the placcie...Zman grubs are best for this (blowie resistant)!

Scum dogs or prawn dogs,
Scum dogs or prawn dogs, stick baits work way better than poppers.

berkley
Berkley sandworms, cut in half on a long shank hook. BigW is the cheapest for the softies.
