Tawhine on plastics

any one had any luck with tawhine on plastics wanna give it a go any tips would be good cheers

Sort of!
Been getting the odd one on Gulp sandworms and 2 inch squidgie shads at the Mandurah Old Traffic Bridge and also the Red Manna jetty about 100 metres to the north of it. The trouble is, you have to work the lure fairly slowly, which gives the blowies a chance to shred it. The tarwhine have been a bycatch for me while I've been chasing skippy and salmon trout there.

Yeah sand worms and the
Yeah sand worms and the squidige shads the see through ones with black and sliver but mostly i have take them on worms:-) Good luck mate.
