Swifty trailer done

Andys trailer finnished . Pain in ass. Weeks of work. Got old centre beam and hanger re dipped. Everything else new. Just side rockers to go on. Past pits no probs. boat should come up straight no mater what conditions.

how do the slide on things
how do the slide on things compare to rollers. gotta replace all our rollers and is it high on the $ mark to change all over

Slides are mint
Cheap no maintanance. Swiftys are pain in ass ( trailer wise). Andys last trailer was full skid no rollers at all. Bugger all maintanance. Didn't wear gel coat of nothing. Very easy on and off. They come straight up in any conditions. Don't hold ramp up .

The centre line guides did they come off your old trailer or did you buy them and if so where from

Big job, aren't they
Did a complete trailer myself a few years back. For the old Quinnie Navigator 600. Basically just a copy of the roadmaster it came on, just with proper load sharing tandem suspension and a much stronger construction, heavier walled material. Can't remember how many R&R's it took me, and it was through summer up here, pouring sweat in an industrial shed and getting shocked through wet gloves and clothing.
Not cheap by the time you add galvanising, and transport from here and back, but way under a half of what the equivelant commercially built one would cost-because it would have needed to be a full custom to match mine for stength.
So, of course I later sold the boat AND trailer.

Good job, definitely makes going out in the boat more enjoyable with a trailer that's set up correctly... so when am I dropping mine off haha, will have to do similar to what you've done...
