you should check with

Fri, 2010-01-08 07:31

you should check with whoever you are going out with first , if you cancel on short notice dont they still charge you a % of cost. they may cancel it themself or still go out but it looks like vthe day is going to be fairly rough. 15knt sse at 8am then 17southerlies by 9am and gets worse from there with a 1.5 mtr swell

I think you'll find

that the charter operators wont be going out, they will cancel the trip. I highly doubt they'll go out in +20kt winds from a saftey standpoint.

What do you guys think of

Fri, 2010-01-08 07:42

What do you guys think of the Saturday forecast at Lancelin. I don't know if it's just me but last time I went out on a seabreeze forecast of 8knt winds it was blowing at least 15-18. Is there any more accurate forecasts or are they generally pretty good?

i dont think you could trust any of them 100% but over the years i have found seabreeze one of the more accurate, just go through a few of them and average them out
