was thinkin bout heading down south for a fish tomorrow, was thinkin bout sugarloaf rock, just curious whats the worst conditons is safe to fish there. been there once before when it was dead calm. I am in serious withdrawal symtoms of some good arm stretching fish. or does anyone know of any other good spots to go down that way?

Sugarloaf
Can safely fish Sugarloaf in up to 2 1/2 metre swell, anything over that can be risky.
For another spot, try right down the front on Cape Naturaliste,it can be heavy on gear but its usually worth it.[Have got dhueys, pinkies and samsons as well as salmon in season]or walk the walk down to Rocky Point around to the right from Bunkers Bay carpark.Should be salmon trout, herring, tailor and a chance of a mulloway at night if a hole has formed in the beach

Thanx guys, i went down
Thanx guys, i went down there today, nothing special, the road to sugarloaf was blocked off about a kilometer back from the car park for some reason so i couldn't be bothered walking the extra distance. ended up going to canal rocks, got a couple of cod and got busted off a couple times (i think at least once wasa ray) other than that it was pretty quiet... but ur right jonya definitely headed the wrong way, gotta wait for my long range fuel tank and i'l head up north for a couple days...
