Squid v barometric pressure?

All the times I’ve gone squiding it has been mostly sunny, but looking at the ocean the wind wasn’t bad just a few rain showers.
i have no idea if squid are affected by barometric pressure?

They certainly don't turn
They certainly don't turn off, I've caught squid in between rain showers before. Give it a go.

I don't know
I don't know what the water looks loke at the moment, but they can be fussy if its too dirty or too clear .

Bite Times
I've been killing it recently on squid on the kayak, although the average size hasn't been quite as large as I would expect for this time fo the year.
Even on saturday with a 14-15knt Northerly and cloudy water in a short 50mins session I managed to get 7 on high tide, been bagging out within 2-2.5hrs most sessions.
I just focus the high tide and light changes, sure water clarity makes a difference (I've found it to be relatively small), but just go with dark jigs in dirty water and you'll do fine,
Good luck and hope you get a few,
Andrew
