i've seen Clint (feral) fillet a days catch of Dhuies etc. before we've washed the boat but this guy is rediculous.

Used to be able to gut, all fins off, fillet and hose down a 2 metre sand bar whaler in 3 minutes and 10 seconds---not bad except my decky could beat me regularly by 20 seconds. Combined we managed to get one out inside 70 seconds
