Rock fishing shoes

Hey guys how are you all,
Just wondering what people use for shoes for rock fishing, are those small chain hook slip on things any good, sport shoes, work boots, what are other fishos using for rock hoping around the waters.

when im fishing quobba, i use Mirage or Land and Sea Rock Spike Boots. they have small metal studs, that grip onto absolutely everything. When im fishing metro, i just use a pair of sneakers, or even a pair of thongs haha
