so cannot comment on a similar experiences.  I would comment however that for the prices of these lures shown on the Campbells website I would have expected a lot better.  They look like a hard resin head and should not be damaged to the degree you suggest.  Hard heads will scuff up with bill hits but will not normally become unusable (there are exceptions but not 4 from 4).  My recommendation would be to take them back to the seller and seek their opinion.  It maybe a bad batch of resin as other lure manufacturers have acknowledged on occasions.

I bought one after hearing good reports and was very impressed, it was hit numerous times during a trip to Exmouth earlier this year, apart from the usual bill marks it held together no problem - as Alan says you may have struck a bad batch?

I will be buying more Polu Kai's no hesitation.

Ive run them a couple of times & they've worked well with nothing breaking on them?

 rather not say wich shop cause his a mate he said he would sort them out wen i get bak to perth so its not a prob was more intrested to see if this was a common thing or a 1 off ill post a few  piks up of them sorty
