Rough weather
Yes it does make your job twice as hard .On the trawlers used to be fun trying to have a shower...take a dump..and loved waking up after cracking your head on your bunk!

talking 7m
talking 7m swells.
Apaprently it voids the insurance on the ferrys to have them out in that type of weather.

Hi Ya, Bunch of pussies.
Hi Ya,
Bunch of pussies. Any other day they'd be paying good money to ride on a roller coaster for the same effect.
Cheers.

Swell
Brought an 80 foot boat over from New Zealand in 2000,we had swell showing between 14-18metres coming across the Tasman.Been in some rough weather before but nothing anywhere near like that and if someone asks if they want a boat ferried over again they can shove it big time. The ferries can handle the weather easily its the paying punters who can't

There are two types of people ,do'ers and watchers
Right now the do'ers are the doing it
And the watchers are watching us do it
