does nav man have a catd slot...if so move coords to a card put into computer ,save a copy incase you stuff up , convert coords to lowrance type, put back on card or another card if needed and chuck it in the lowrance. Coordinate changing programs can be downloaded for free on your poota
I took photos of the waypoint data pages in the Navman (which I do as a backup anyway) then put them in manually, multitasking by simultaneously drinking beer and also pruning, sorting and arranging waypoints into a system.
I use "GPS Babel" to convert the coordinates from one format to another. (lowrance SUR file to GPX)
Use "Easy GPS" to modify / edit / change points and/or routes,
Use babel to convert it back to Lowrances SUR format, copy it back to the micro sd card and put it back in the GPS
I tried to get Lowrance's GDM software to work but gave up.
Make sure you do not copy anything to your MAP card. It will corrupt it. You will need a blank card to upload or download from your GPS or a cable connection. I don't know what specs your navman or HDS have.

Give a man a mask, and he'll show you his true face...
The older you get the more you realize that no one has a f++king clue what they're doing.
Everyone's just winging it.

Mine will not accept anything bigger than 2Gb.
Good luck.
