The Canning is not listed as closed water, nor is it listed in the Trophy, Snare only or Marron Waters. I was never sure if they had to be mentioned....
Ive nabbed a big bugger on the salt water side of Kent st weir as a kid (cant remember time of year). Seen smaller jobs on the fresh side. Mind you this was 18+ years ago. Crap im feeling old about now...
