Landbased fishing

Can someone tell me some places in Perth metro or just out of Perth metro that are good for land based fishing at the moment.
Just wherever I don't seem to catch anything decent and sometimes nothing at all.
I was wondering about two rocks but I don't know what its like because I've never been there but I would be very thankful of other peoples ideas.

Try the lagoon at Yanchep for anything from herring to skippy to kgw. or further up at the rock groyn not sure what the resort is called.

Quinns
Its a popular spot but its pretty consistent for herring and tailor, also flatties, small sharks, dart and tarwhine. Its been a bit weedy lately though.

quinns, two rocks, mindari tried all 3 with mixed resultsots of times going home with nothing but on the occasion i can go home a happy fisher. ive had more luck at quinns beach lae at night just need to watch the weed.

no need for a balloon for a ray. quins beach star sinker throw on a trumpeter an you will have some luck. or try two rocks marina same set up. always got rays there. pain in the ass if u ask me.

Me and my mate got bout 8
Me and my mate got bout 8 small bronzies and gummies balloonin at ocean reef all round 3-4ft on slabs of tailor and bonito. we were hookin up only150-200m out it was round sunset not a dull moment
