After seeing your catch I had a go off Freo. Found some fairly close in, mix of sizes but several with hood lengths of 30+cm.

take it tye numbers are improving down
your end .. we whacked them hard again
saturday .. still bit small with the odd sized
one .. I've been using the new Daiwa
amorous jigs . Hexy at $22 . But cheaper
than the duos . I've been finding the duos
hit the deck too much in the shallow
depth I fish .. those amorous jigs are jointed
bloody squid can't resist em .. used them the
back half of the season last year when they
came out .. cheers pirate
Duos only good in 18 plus feet. I got some big ones in 32 feet few weeks back. Not super huge 1 kg to 1.2 kg. Few more weeks before I try again. If fuel price goes down
