Don't know if they are good sizes or not but Lake Jasper is should have all the same species as the Donnely does so I would expect Rainbow Trout & Redfin. I would think they would get to good sizes in there but having only read about it I can't say for sure.
Ive definately heard of marron in there but dunno about fish. its near donnelly river but not connected in any way (as far as i can tell from google maps). Ive been through there before and wondered the same thing, will be down that way around easter. word of warning, just checked up on DEC website and theres a note there saying the place is closed due to recent fires in the areas. would b a good idea to call them up when u plan on heading down

Give it a bash one of me mates was catching good size marron out of the lake most southern water ways have been stocked with some sort of fish
Old fishermen never die they just smell that way.
