Bit of negative feedback.....
Pretty popular. My first one (green) snapped on the first outing a little too easy (skippy hook up), just above the bottom guide and got it swapped over for the red one which had 'kinks' in the blank like a tree branch. Did manage some 5kgish salmon on it but have since moved it on in favour of a lil eupro which is a 'nice bit of kit' and has a more suitable action for micro jiggin. SOR, Oceanside have a range of light eupros and NOR Cast Away Tackle do too. The gomoku was a little stiffer so could use it for light plastics. I put it side by side with an expert rod at Cast Away(cant remember the model) and the two are identical looking blanks, maybe the gomokus are the reject blanks??? Plenty of people use and rate them, and arent really expensive, I may have been unlucky and ended up with two duds. Plenty of dudes loadin up the blue ones on some good fish and are their designated demersal outfit
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.

Gomoku's
I've got the green and red one both with new Luvias reels on them and they are awesome , cheapest gear I've bought in a hundred years and I'm very impressed cant wait to get a 10 kg dhu on the green one ( pe 0.4-0.8) and small tuna on it at the fads this summer , have already knocked over some good fish on the red one and about 10 big kgs on the green one off mindarie last weekend in 30 m.

I just got a Blue one last
I just got a Blue one last week only caught two fish on it so far but love it. it is a jigging rod and performs best in this style of fishing from a boat. i had a go casting plastics with it also but much prefer my lighter Shimano sahara rod for this. I belive Storm have just brought out a new model rod called Mojo this looks better suited to GP jetty fishing ect.
