Does demersal ban apply to charter boats

Hey all . I'm heading to kalbarri at the end of November for 4 days and was looking at going out on the reef walker fishing charter. Can anybody tell me if the demersal ban applys to charter boats aswell cause if so there's probably no point going out on it .. Cheers guys

Thanks for the advice guys .. Never really targeted tuna or mackerel before .. Will have to give the pelagics a go instead..
