Crayfish heads

Hi all
Caught a few crays and some have been steamed or boiled whole and then got as much meat out of the heads and legs, but not sure what to do with crays that I have removed the head and frozen tail only. I would imagine that head and legs only dont need to cook as long as whole crays ?
Up to now been mincing therm up and adding to burley but freezer cant take any more burleym and dont want to waste. Any suggestions - Cheers

Cray head soup
Doesn’t taste to bad. Rip top off head off/ remove gills/ guts . Boil the heads in fish stock / add spices to liking . Prawns / fish towards end isn’t bad either

Always make stock from the
Always make stock from the Cray heads for marinara sauces and risotto stock. It's quite strong so you don't need a lot.
