cray pots in exmouth
Submitted by leesfishin on Sun, 2012-12-16 14:14
hi all,
heading up to exmouth over xmas an wondering if its worth taking the cray pots up there.
i see there are reds there, not sure if in numbers and if many people catch them in pots up there.
any suggestions or lickley areas to try would be great .
i also see on fishers no pots aloud around the murions islands , are there any more no pot ares (exept sancurary zones)
or is it a waist of time and leave the pots at home (could fit a few more ctns beer in there space lol )
cheers lee

G'day mate we get plenty of
G'day mate we get plenty of Crays snorkelling over any bombies in the gulf you can find. Y and Eva islands are pretty good country. Plenty of reds , greens and painters also. Xmas is a great time to get them too.
Have fun!!
