Boat ramps

G'day guys thinking about heading up north for the long weekend for chogom nuts to the queen coming here and was wondering if there where any boat ramps in lano I've seen people launch from the beach but currently don't have a 4wd and been towing with my mates vs commodore any one reckon to risky or she be right

no ramp in Lano
theres no ramp in Lano mate only the beach launch and even though its hard i wouldnt try it in a commodore. cheers

I recently asked a similar question about Ledge Point. From the responses I got, I believe you might be better travelling the extra distance to Jurien (is that spelling correct). Good ramp and marina and protected fishing areas if the wind gets up. Never fished there so perhaps some of the locals can give you better advice.
There is also a thread on this site that has details about a lot of the ramps. check there for ideas about possible destinations.
