i hear they are good ,do you have to bleed them out like other sharks ,cut the fins off and stuff?

yeh still got some in the freezer actually. and yeh i did the same as i would with other sharks, just the tail tho and hung it on the back off the car till it stoped bleeding. yeh was off bum rock near denmark.
