Where to fish in Geraldton

Hi guys,
been fishing in Gero for awhile with limited success, just wondering if anyone is nice enough to point me in the right direction for a few decent spots without going to the island as my boat wouldn't be big enough for that trip.

Hey mate been a while since I fished there but I started with no marks and did ok. Try African reef if your boats big enough and fish the drop offs there caught plenty of trout, snapper and dhu. There is also a chart lump about 15-20km west from the ramp. You should see it in the GPS if you have a navionics card. Again caught snapper trout and dhu. If you have a lowrance or simrad I could email you what I had on my gps. I won't fish there again for a while. Plenty of marks on the islands also. You will just need to delete all the marks from SA and NSW. Cheers

Smaller boat can launch at South Gates, not to far from there.
