Turtle in the sound
Submitted by dansyy on Mon, 2014-08-25 14:20
Was at work a few weeks ago when i saw this old fella, must have been 1.5-2 metre shell diameter (im quite high up in this pic).
This is in the sound near rockingham, was awesome seeing him he swum around for a bit then dissapeared. Are turtles that big rare sightings this far south?
Rushed snap off the iphone, apologies for bad quality.

Over the past couple of years I have seen a few out the back of the FFB. Always great to see and show the grand kids.
