Just wanted to say how happy I am with the new boat and thank the crew at Ocean Whaler Marine in Rockingham.
It took some time but really stoked with the finished product- it sucks I will be away for 2 months in Laos and not fishing but thats why the ban is on so there...
Big thanks to Nigel and Chris who enjoyed the only constant in life with me and changed the little things.
Thanks

Regrets
I have an Ocean Whaler and I absolutely love it. It ticks my boxes on what I want / wanted. My only regret, is that I bought a full canopy with mine and wish I had gone for the cut down version which you have. That looks much much better. I appreciate that dont get as much shade / protection with yours, but I find my full one is a bit cumbersome and rattles a bit when on the move.
Great decision, they are so easy to launch / use and the fishability is second to none.

Nice
Nice looking boat. Saw it in the yard.
Some nice upgrades like the seat as well. Just finishes it off.

How good?
How good are these when in the rough stuff.... Around Carnarvon, Bernier & Dorre islands etc... Do they handle the sharp choppy conditions?

Really good
I cant say how happy I am with the boat mate- short sharp chop it gets enough air underneath the hull to fly over the top, Nigel who makes them takes them to the Rotto trench and has no drama. I had a 620 Ocean Sport prior to this and there is no comparison, it gets on the plane quick, its open for fishing and better still the wife reckons it's shit hot...

Nice boat!
I was anchored up not far from one of these boats on a choppy day a few months ago and it looked to be more stable than my 6m Quintrex.
Bradzino, I could see that boat in the Ex gulf loaded with stickbaits, poppers and plastics........ perfect.
