Some people are pigs

This lot was dumped less than five metres from the bins at the wash down area at Ocean Reef this morning. Black arse is barely legal, if at all, and all are a waste.

I'm with auslobster. I reckon they have spied fisheries coming. But why just dump it? Why not in the bin? Dickheads.

Fisheries can do you for
Fisheries can do you for fishing from a boat, you don't need to have caught anything. I got checked at OR one time even though I'd caught nothing

don't think the could bust you unless they actually witnessed you fishing from a boat though.

That's what I would like to
That's what I would like to think happened.
The bins are so close that if they wanted to chuck em out or were avoiding fisheries then surely they would take the 10 steps involved to get to the bins then the evidence is out of sight and out of mind. Especially when in the photo it shows that the towing vehicle would more than likely be parked RIGHT beside the bins so they would be walking right up to them to get into the car anyway.
So I think they were accidently left behind as chris said ......or ......they are just total wa#*ers !
My fishing spots are so secret........... even the fish don't know where they are !!

Fisheries should go incognito to sneak up on these pricks, bit like the copper I saw on the freeway today on a road trail bike, but with all the bells and whistles that lit up when he was in pursuit.

yeh i tend to agree with
yeh i tend to agree with chris & krusty on this ,
highly likly they dumped it out of the boat as they cleaned up/washed it etc with intentions to bin it or keep it for bait whatever and then for some reason missed it and drove off

Definately
Think this was misplaced and then drove off without it. They could have eaten the blackarse and kept the remainder as bait.
Sometimes it is easy to get distracted whether it be due to a drifting mind, call from the wife or nearly getting cleanedup by the cars doing burnouts each week at ocean reef :)
