Hey
This will be my first time targetting mulloway, and thinking about heading to narrows bridge this weekend.
Has anyone had any luck there ? Heard about a heap of tailor there. I suppose thats a good sign.
Also what side do you usually fish on? any other advice about the spot would be greaat.

When I used to target them
When I used to target them there, I used to fish the south east corner on a rising tide till a bit after the tide change. The river bottle necks at the bridge and I reckon predators sit on the other side waiting for food caught in the current. I was never successfull but saw two hook ups from there and heard of others. Youre right, if the tailor are there youre in with a chance. Angry Steve from BW Morley caught a tailor there last summer and it was swallowed by a mulla as he brought it in. Fought it for ages when some dude.on a yak paddled over the line and busted him off, arrrhh! Live bait is the go.
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.
