No choice for recreational fishing activities for non indigenous people?

like to know how a marine reserve does much of that.
Mitigating the impacts of climate change for instance.
Zoning based on good science - still waiting for that....
A lot happening in SA ATM from a rec fisher perspective (be good to get some real representation for rec fishers).

All they have to do is ask the wrong questions over and over again and they will never hear what the public actually wants.
I hear that,
My issue would be if someone say's protecting marine biodiversity etc is important to them this will be turned around as support for sanctuary zones or increasing these in size. These surveys are designed to do exactly that.
