Mandurah canals xmas lights.

Hey fellas, looking at taking a few mates and there younger siblings out to look at the lights in mandurah, just wanted to know on where you guys recommend to launch from, i have a 7m boat so will the ramp at mary street be ok? cheers

I have never launch there
I have never launch there myself but I have seen some trailers there to suggest that it shouldn't be a problem.

Marry st would be your best
Mary st would be your best bet, I have a 6m boat and it was fine.... we did the lights last week for the first time and the kids loved it... we tied up at sharkys for dinner before heading out to see the lights .

We did it early this year
We did it early this year (Wednesday night) launched at the marina we were the only ones there. The Mary st ramp will be fine too.
It was so much better doing it earlier in December I've done it later and it gets pretty hectic not so enjoyable for the skipper.

you're right there Kirky
as a skipper you have to be vigilant. Have a good laugh too at some tinnies with 8 people in em and the wakes lapping at the gunells/gunwhales.

Went last year stay out on
Went last year stay out on the boat with missus and kids have great night until we got back to the boat ramp and discovered our car window had been smashed and car obvisously broken into launched from Mary street.

Went last year stayed out on the boat with missus and kids had a great night, beers bbq and catching crabs, found a vacant lot with a jetty and tied off to that, the next morning we got back to the boat ramp and discovered our car window had been smashed and car obvisously broken into launched from Mary street.
