Lots of baby dhuies and a few sambos vid

Another couple of dives off bunbury. There was about 15 dhuies but none size on the first dive You cannot see them all in the video as the water was not clean
enough. On a big screen you can see them better. We always seem to see lots of fish when all the baitfish are around.

34m
It is about 34m and somewhere I have a short recording of shitloads of sambos under the boat there.I will dig it out but I am not sure if it shows much of the bottom.
Often at this spot there is a big mob of massive sambos and when they are around there is often 2 big black stingrays swimming around with them.

Really surprised at how few king wrasse in vision
But love that deeper plate coral country - an absolute haven for jumbos - plenty of similar ground beyond the five around the metro area but no where near that number of crays

Plate coral that far south?
I've never dived down that way, surprised to see the coral. How much further south would it extend? Certainly good cray habitat, especially around the lower ledges. Great vid.

Plate coral extends south of Busselton
Is particularly prolific in 30 plus metres of water - don't know how far out it goes as have never dived beyond 35 metres ..........one of the Nitrox guys might be able to say a little more

Have found plate coral out off Hamelin Bay coming up in the net. There is a strip of smaller coral that runs along the deep edge of the drop off to 60=70 metres from north of Naturaliste right down to LLeuwin

escapee
Not an escapee more likely one that has bailed out of its home when the snare comes at it.
