LED Lenser h14r Headlamps - warrenty for water damage

hey guys,

 

i've had my H14r for a week and when i got to wagoe a wave hit me in the head whilst wearing it and now it does not work.

Does anybody know much about their warranty for water damage/spash proof?  I called them but they would not tell me anything except to send it in.

 

Has anyone had any experience with this?

 Take It back to where you bough it from it is waterproof.

 I couldn't find anything on it regarding it or warranty details. Because it is advertised as a lamp for cycling and helmets etc. ppl ride in the rain so u would want some degree of waterproofing.
