The general idea for tailor is reefs with some wash coming over them. go on google maps and look up and down the coast a bit and u should be able to spot some likely looking areas, e.g back of penguin island if ur SOR or some of the reefs up towards trigg and furhter north yanchep and two rocks. WA Fishing magazine has an article on it that pretty much sums it up, go grab that. or yer as fisherking said just do a search. even a google search will come up with Fishwrecked links.
Hey Jordan, I see that your a new member. Maybe chuck in a few details like if your North of the river or South so people can give a few good suggestions. There is also the search engine up the top which is a great help if your looking up something pretty general. Versus has done a pretty good job there..... Hope this welcome and help is a little bit better than other posts..... Good luck, Tigh
we got some off the beach and the jetty at cervantes on tuesday night, if you are prepared to drive. I got a real good size one about 5 metres off the beach with my second or third cast. it was right at the end of my retrieve when it hit. also getting herring and snook off the jetty and a guy got a couple of spaniards as well.
Taylor, herring, snook, spanish mackeral.... just the normal stuff off the beach not far north of perth........ what about sand whiting, didnt anyone get sand whiting!
I got 4 on sunday, but that was from a boat off scarborough! and they weren't that big!!! snack size really. probably worked out to about $368 a kilo when you factor in bait, fuel and boat maintenance!

Ru talking bout whiting? I was having a sarcastic go at the ease of mentioning 2 spaniards being caught of a jetty at cervanties.
