You just cant beat the Red emperor. If they are size they are one of the best to eat IMO.
And when they are not they just dazzle you with beauty.
Problem is lately just getting the little ones, but were certainly not targetting them in our night fish snapper city. The good news as far as I am concerned is there are plenty of these toddlers around, this just about the smallest buby I have caught.
