height of busselton jetty ?

hi guys and gals,
just like to check how high is the jetty from sea level, min or max height, because thinking of heading down for some funs but was warn by some fisho abt the high and landing of any catch

It's only a few meters high
It's only a few meters high .. but depends what ya fishing for .. if its mulloway and sambos then you'll need a cliff gaff of sorts .. but then its the fish wrapping around the pylons you need to worry about

There are a few platforms at close to water level, but may be a bit crowded, and depending where you fish may be a fair walk if you have a fish on.

For squid I take a crab net.
For squid I take a crab net. Reel one to the base of the jetty, drop the crab net just under the surface, pull the squid over the top of it and lift the cab net up. You can probably do the same with small fish. Big ones yeah you want a cliff gaff.

depends
Half way out theres a rise in the decking but generally ranges from 2.4 - 3.0 metres. from water to top edge of decking.
