Had some trouble with landbase guy pinging my spots today

What's the best way to go about it, Do i tell him to pi** off or maybe let his tyres down
Then he put a hook in his finger and came and ask me if i would removed it for him

Someone may have your "spot"
Someone may have your "spot" - altogether another scenario about reading the water / colour / water action, bait presentation and what distance you cast the bait in your "spot", nothing wrong with that IMO. I've had 15 guys fishing around me at certain times, does not mean they will catch more fish than me or vice versa.

i had a fella pull a rifle out of his 4wd because i had begun casting on the small stretch of reef on the north side of black peak in cervantes. it did work for him though as i packed up and left.

Wouldnt have cared myself Southcity, most people dont have it in them to shoot another human to kill them(though a fair few will shoot to wound). If he threatened you with it or even went further and let of a shot near you, no worries! get his car details, pack up and move a bit away, and one phone call to the police. The police really dont like it when people threaten other people with firearms.
I generally dont care if people come and fish near me LB if i am fishing in the only major feature, e/g gutter, hole, rock platform. Though it does get annoying when you are say on a rockwall and one bit is as good as the next and the sit right next to you. But i often fish on my own LB so sometimes i dont mind the opportunity to have a chat if they arent a d*#k.

yeah I tend to think you need
yeah I tend to think you need to share a little Sherbet ( are you an only child ? ) , especially if there is only one obvious spot along a beach ...imagine if you pulled up at say Trigg and because you are the first one there ... decided that no one else could fish there ? But I know how you feel, we all want to fish our fav spot all to oursleves and surfers are the same ... A little bit of eyeball intimidation is probably fair game though haha..after that ... what do you do. Some guys are lonely and want someone to talk too... or maybe a cuddle !!!! See if their rod is Pink .. I mean the one in their hand ..Ooops I mean the one with more than one eye !!
