Great afternoon with the Family at Pinaroo thanks Sherb's for the invite
Got an invite to go for a fish at Pinaroo this afternoon and luckily i wasnt working so packed up some gear, food and the family.
We arrived shortly after 3 pm. It was great to see a few other fishwrecked members and some strays. The beach was pretty busy with fishos.
It was a lovely afternoon to be at the beach, it was a pity about the sea weed ( there was a fair bit in close ) so the kids whiting gear was not much use.
I decided to throw around some richter plugs and the green one came up trumps. had 3 hits in about the first 10 casts for 1 landed 36 cm tailor. I thought seeing as his whiting rod was no good with all the weed i had better let my middle one Heath, bring it in and man was he chuffed. Then changed colours but stuck with the richter plugs to no avail red/white 0 the pink 0 the all white 2 hits no hook ups.
There were also a few others that caught some smaller tailor mainly on baits and was good to see a few come up the beach.
Then it all went quiet so the Kids played and eventually we had dinner and no more were caught. we left after sunset.
All in all couldnt have thought of a better way to spend the afternoon.

Great afternoon.
Nice to catch up with you all. Great to see the wife and kids getting right into it Graham. I didn't hear any wingeing (other than from Sherbert) the kids looked to have a great time. I need some more males in our family. The girls keep breeding girls LOL. Baking cookies and dressing barbies is what it's all about in Nanna's house.

Geez you wouldn't think it was the middle of winter would you!
Nice outing Graham, better than my afternoon in the garden.

A Few Days away from Spring Ben
Look on the bright side mate. Get the garden set and then load up the vehicle mate. My Lemax is a permanent fixture in my wagon.
