Chugging
From memory I was just chugging along trying to find the best bit of rock to fish near. 5 or 6 knots max I would say.
I've used the sidescan at 20 knots but rarely does it find anything as I think it tries to blend the picture against the interference.
As others have said, the flatter the chop the better the performance.

Sidescan really ain't designed for speed imo.
