New stradic fj for around 200
New stradic fj for around 200 depending how big you want it. or new caldia or sustain for around 300-400. I probably wouldnt consider anything else in those price ranges.

new reel
What exactly is your price range?
I have the new Shimano Aernos 4000fa which holds close to 400m of 20lb braid. GREAT reel for casting and light jigging. Picked mine up from tackleword in gero for 180 bucks but im sure you could find cheaper. Love it so far...
I also recommend Shimano's Biomaster Saltwater reels, there great reels and very suitable for jigging.
Shimano have heaps of other good reels like the Stradic FJ, the Sustain FG, all good quality and highly recommended.
Another favouite is the Daiwa Seagate Light, a really smooth great casting reel.
The Daiwa Exceller Oceano is a good one too, but dont have much experience with that reel.
Heaps more but thats some of my favourites for the type of fising you mentioned.
cheers
